Various types of vegetables, spicy ljupčac and sausages are added – and since mustard is added to the soup, it becomes an absolutely spicy delight. The only problem: the soup needs a bit of work, because the vegetables have to be cleaned and cut into small pieces. But: it’s worth it, I promise!

Recipe for vegetable stew with sausages: This soup is a hit!
In turn, cooking is almost by itself – and the amount is enough for several days. By the way, don’t skimp on the mustard at the end: It may sound strange to put it directly in the soup, but you’ll be surprised how tasty it is! Here is a brilliant recipe.
You need: a little vegetable oil, 1 onion, two bunches of greens for soup, 100 grams of parsnips, 300 grams of potatoes, 1 liter of beef or vegetable stock, bay leaves, dried chives, enough medium hot mustard, sausages to taste, salt, pepper , nutmeg and paprika powder.

Here’s how it works: peel carrots, leeks and celery from a bag of greens for soup and cut them into small cubes. Leave the parsley aside for now! Peel the parsnips and potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in a little oil in a large bowl. Then add vegetables (except potatoes) and fry for about five minutes. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes, two bay leaves and a generous pinch of chives, continue to simmer until the potatoes are done. Meanwhile, wash and chop the parsley. When the potatoes are ready, add the parsley. Then add mustard liberally to the soup and stir until it dissolves.

Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and a little paprika powder. Finally, cut the sausages into slices and let them warm up in the hot soup. This goes well with delicious crusty bread. Enjoy your meal!
