Here it comes your shopping list for a delicious red lentil soup:

  • 200 grams of red lentils

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 onions

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 400 g diced tomatoes

  • 400 g of coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

  • 600 ml of water
