Ingredients for whole wheat bread:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Grease a pan (diameter 28 cm) with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for about 60 minutes at an upper/lower temperature of 200 degrees. Do not preheat. The dough does not need to rise beforehand.
Ingredients for chicken salad:
Wash the chicken for the soup, put it in a pot with cold water and salt, bring to a boil and cook for at least 1 hour until the chicken is ready. Remove from the pan and let cool. Then separate the meat from the bones and skin and cut into small pieces. Pour the soup through a sieve.
Boil the asparagus and cut into small pieces. Cut the cress, cut the chives into small rings. Mix with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then add the meat.
Chop the arugula and sprinkle over the finished chicken salad. Garnish with radishes if desired.
Ingredients for vegetable butter with eggs:
Wash and dry the herbs, remove the stalks and chop very finely. Mix with butter in a bowl. Add salt and refrigerate until the butter hardens.
Boil the egg for about 3 minutes, rinse with cold water, peel and cut into slices.
Spread homemade bread with herb butter and cover with a salted egg.
Cut the salami into thin slices. Cut the bread into bite-sized pieces. Cover one slice per person with chicken salad, herb butter with egg and salami and place on a wooden board or plate. If desired, decorate with herbs, eg parsley.
