Ingredients for chicken soup:
Clean/peel the soup greens, onions, garlic and carrots. Cut everything into cubes and sauté in a large pan with a little oil. Deglaze the port with wine, add the chicken drumsticks and cover with water. Boil and add salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-4 hours. Then take out the drumsticks, separate the meat from the bone and add to the soup.
Ingredients for chicken soup with noodles and beans:
Peel the pods.
Boil half of the chicken broth (see preparation above) with the beans and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Peel the carrot and celery and cut into small rings. Fry in oil, add a little chicken broth and let it boil.
Cut the chicken breast into strips, add salt and also fry in oil.
Peel the sweet potato and use a vegetable peeler to remove the small pieces. Fry them in fat. Drain on kitchen paper and add salt.
Finely chop the fresh pasta and add to the soup. Let it cook slowly with constant stirring. The soup should thicken with the pasta.
Ladle soup onto plates and garnish with vegetables, chicken breast strips and sweet potato chips.
