Cook the rice and let it cool. Defrost the soybeans and, if necessary, peel them from the pods. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean the seeds from the peppers, and cut the meat into bite-sized strips. Also cut the snow peas into strips and briefly blanch them in salted water. Peel and finely chop ginger and garlic. Also chop the chili. If you like it milder, remove the seeds first. Cut the lemongrass several times and tap it vigorously.

Place the sesame oil in a bowl. Add lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, ginger and chili and mix well. Add the vegetables and onions to the bowl and toss with the vinaigrette. play something

Heat the peanut oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper and crumble in the pan. Add the kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass to the pan. Cook ground beef, then mix with other ingredients and vinaigrette. Season the salad again with soy sauce or lime juice and serve warm or cold.

Serve as follows: line the bowl with lettuce leaves. Top with lettuce and a generous portion of coriander and basil leaves. Shape the rice into small balls and put them aside. If desired, serve with 1 bowl of chili sauce or oil.
