5 spoons of rapeseed oil
250 g Pardina lentils or lentils of your choice
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1.5 liters of vegetable soup
20 grams of ginger
1 clove of garlic

For salmon skewers
1 bunch of coriander
50 ml of rapeseed oil, cold pressed
300 g salmon fillet (ready to cook, boneless)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
4 wooden skewers

Preparing lentil soup

Soup: Wash, peel and cut the vegetables for the soup into small cubes, and leave the leek aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil in a saucepan, briefly saute the diced soup vegetables, except leeks, with lentils, stir in the tomato, add the bay leaf and cover with the vegetable stock. Open 25 min. quietly cook on low heat let. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add both to the leek soup. Cook uncovered for another 10 minutes. Before serving, mash the soup very lightly with a chopstick, this way you will get a nice consistency. Season with salt and chili.

salmon skewers: Wash the coriander, dry well, separate a few stalks for decoration, the rest of the coriander and 50 ml of cold-pressed rapeseed oil with a cutting stick. purée and then salt the oil. Cut the salmon into cubes, wash, dry, season with salt and lemon juice, string on skewers and marinate let.

Just before serving, heat 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil in a greased pan.

Spread the salmon skewers with kitchen paper and fry in hot canola oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. roasted meat.

to serve: Boil the soup and pour it into heated plates. Place the salmon skewers on soup plates and serve sprinkled with a little coriander and canola oil.
