Then vigorously beat the yogurt with oil and eggs until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Now mix small potatoes and onions into the yogurt mixture. Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
Use your hands to crumble the feta over the potato mixture in a rustic way.
Now it’s time for seasoning: finely chop the parsley and dill and add to the potato and yogurt mixture. Season well with salt, chili powder and pepper and mix well again.
Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake for at least 50 minutes. The surface should be golden brown. He likes to test with sticks, if the dough no longer sticks, the potato cake is ready.
Then leave the cake to cool and cut into pieces.
