  • 400 g of organic lemon
  • 100 grams of ginger
  • 250 grams of honey

And you prepare the paste for strengthening the immune system like this:

  1. Wash the lemons and cut the unpeeled (so organic!) into large pieces. Remove the cores.
  2. Peel the ginger (alternatively, the ginger can be left unpeeled), cut it into slices and mix it together with the lemon with a stick mixer or food processor until you get a paste.
  3. Now mix in the honey and keep the finished immunity boosting paste in jars in the refrigerator. Leave the paste for three days.
