Peel the pods, remove the bones and cut the apricots into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Lightly fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat, leave it out and let it become slightly crispy. Then add onion and garlic and saute. When the onion becomes translucent, add green beans and pieces of apricots and sauté over medium heat. Finally, add goat’s cream cheese and crème fraîche to the pan, melt and season with maple syrup and salt.

Soak the wooden skewers in water.
Cut the chicken breast and sesame sticks into bite-sized pieces. The bread should be slightly smaller than the piece of meat. Put both alternately on skewers and fry gently in vegetable oil on medium heat, turning often. Arrange on top of the sauce and season and decorate to taste – for example with apricot slices and tomatoes.
