Want a warming Asian soup? Then this recipe is just right. Coconut curry soup clue: it’s made with green bananas. An unusual caravan that has been used in Asian countries for a long time.

  1. Fry the curry paste in oil in a pot.

  2. Then add coconut milk, water and stock cubes and let everything boil.

  3. Cut the peppers into thin rings. Peel and slice the bananas. Fry both briefly in a greased pan over high heat.

  4. Put the soup in bowls or on plates and add slices of banana and peppers.

  5. Garnish with coriander, peanuts and red pepper.
