For the soup

During this time, remove the crust with bread slices and cut into 1 cm cubes and put 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan. Add the bread cubes and toast on medium heat until golden brown.

Advice
If you want vegetarian, simply use vegetable broth instead of meat broth.
