It is not at all difficult to prepare a real traditional chicken soup. We find out how it works!
This chicken noodle soup recipe is easy to make
Anyone looking for a soup recipe today will find countless variations everywhere – but nothing comes close to the classic stew with chicken broth, delicious vegetables and soft noodles. The ingredients for this are not difficult to get, you will find them in every supermarket. Admittedly, this stew takes a bit of work – but it’s worth it, I promise! Here is a classic recipe for chicken noodle soup.

You will need: one chicken for soup (preferably from the counter or from the butcher), two large bunches of greens for soup, two heads of onion, bay leaf and white peppercorns, 250 grams of short tagliatelle, salt, pepper and paorika powder.
And it works like this: wash the chicken for the soup well and put it in a pot of water. The chicken must be covered! Bring to a boil and cook for two to three minutes. Then remove from the heat, remove the chicken, rinse again.

Discard the water, rinse the pot. Add the chicken to the soup and cover with about three liters of water. Boil again. When the water boils, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. After 20 minutes, add two bay leaves and a few peppercorns and simmer covered for about an hour.
Chicken noodle soup is heavily seasoned with pepper and paprika
In the meantime, prepare the vegetables: separate the parsley from both bunches of greens. Clean one soup with greens and cut into coarse pieces, clean the other and cut into fine bite-sized pieces.

Wash and finely chop the parsley. When the chicken is ready, add the vegetables and simmer for another hour and a half. Then remove the chicken and vegetables from the pot, pour the soup through a sieve into another pot.
Clean the first pot, pour water and when it boils, add the prepared vegetables and pasta. Cook until the noodles are soft – then the vegetables should also be al dente. During this time, remove the meat from the chicken for the soup and chop it a little.

Combine everything in a pot with ready-made chicken soup: add meat to the soup, then parsley. When the noodles are soft, drain the water and also add the noodles and vegetables to the soup. Mix everything well, boil a little longer and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. It goes well with delicious crusty bread. Enjoy your meal!
