This is how it is done:
First, let the oven heat up to 175 degrees (top and bottom heat) or 150 degrees (convection).
Then peel the onion and garlic and cut both into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, crumble the minced meat and let it fry, turning it regularly. Cut the meat well. Then add onion, garlic and thyme and fry briefly. Then add the tomato paste and saute it briefly. Now season everything with salt, pepper, cinnamon, cayenne and paprika.
Dissolve the vegetable stock powder in 700 milliliters of hot water. Then deglaze the minced meat with tomatoes in the broth. Let everything slowly boil. Then add milk and crème fraîche and mix well.
Add raw noodles and mix well. Then pour everything into an ovenproof dish and crumble the cheese over it.
Now put the pan in the heated oven and let it bake for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, wash the thyme and shake it dry. Roughly tear off the leaves from the stems.
When you take the pot out of the oven, drizzle it with a teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle with thyme.
Now you can serve. Enjoy your meal!
