All you need for this: bananas.

Bananas are also a real superfood – they contain vitamin B6, magnesium, potassium and manganese.

You can prepare fine cream in different ways. Whether it’s a fruit version with strawberries or a chocolate version with cocoa – you can adjust the ice cream to your taste.

We present three simple recipes for a refreshing alternative to ice cream.

Frozen bananas are the basis for all recipes. So, the first thing you need to do is cut the bananas into pieces and then freeze them for a few hours.

A little tip: it is better to use ripe bananas because they are sweeter and creamier.

Recipe one: sweet strawberry cream

For the first recipe, you will need two frozen bananas, 100 g of frozen strawberries and a little lemon juice.

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

You can serve the fine strawberry cream immediately.

Second recipe: chocolate cream

For this variant, in addition to two frozen bananas, you need an additional spoonful of dark cocoa powder.

Again, both ingredients are combined in a blender and pureed. You can also add dates for a little more sweetness.

Delicious peanut butter or Oreo cookies are also suitable as a topping for chocolate cream.

Recipe three: sweet mango and coconut cream

For the third recipe, you will need two bananas again, and 100 g of frozen mango pieces and 100 g of coconut chips or grated coconut.
