You need the following ingredients:

  • 500 g of soft leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 50 ml of dry white wine
  • 700 ml of vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • grated zest and juice of ½ organic lemon

  1. Cut the leek lengthwise, wash it well and cut it into small rings. Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop both.
